The Deliberative Council has approved, at the previous ordinary session, a resolution submitted by the Villegas Avanza Block, which asks ABSA to submit a report detailing the state of the sewage system.

He said, “If I have a reason to continue my career in politics it’s because I am trying to solve this issue.” While acknowledging “that the problem has been brewing for many years,” Mayor Pascual, Mayor Campana, and Mayor Alegre all failed to resolve the problem. Sol Fernandez will solve this problem, as he is aware that General Villegas has a serious issue.
Pascual said that the councilor had “already collaborated” so that ENOHSA could provide the funding so this tender to replace the pipes can be completed.
He also referred to the role he played in ABSA. It’s not the same to be a member of the 5-member board of directors, which includes a president and vice-president, when trying to resolve people’s issues.

He assured “the little time left in my political career will be devoted to this issue,” but he also stressed that the “solution lies in an agreement that is reached between the Mayor, the Province, and the nation.” It was shown that there is no solution if the Mayor does not take part.
