Kanye’s former employer has not backed down in legal actions.

Donda Academy continues to be involved in legal issues. Kanye’s lawyer, according to the former Assistant Principal, has taken Kanye to court over breach of contract. The administrator has vowed to fight until the bitter end. His attorneys are not bowed down to any pressure by Ye’s lawyers.

The first thing Ye’s team did was to try to dismiss Isaiah Meadows’ lawsuit. The team argued that the statute of limitation had passed and the case was dismissed.

Meadows and Meadows’ lawyers claim that their suit is about the violation of labor code and breach of contract by Donda Academy and Ye. The rapper was criticized for his very odd ways.

The lawsuit claims that Kanye did not like glass, and he refused to repair a skylight which caused rain to soak the floor, damaging the exposed wiring.

Yeezy promised Meadows he’d reimburse him if he leased a home worth $60,000 in Calabasas. Yeezy reneged, and Meadows was left with the bill.

Meadow is represented by Ronald Zambrano who represents also three former dancers in Lizzo’s group who accused Meadow of sexual harassment.

Zambrano stated in a press release that “we are aware of Ye’s and his lawyers’ response to the lawsuit brought by Mr. Meadows this week. Our position is not changed by this. “We remain committed to bringing this case to court.”
